All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be delayed by carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, remote-area restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and ILBEATS. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by ILBEATS and is not responsible for product quality, delivery, customer service, refunds, disputes, injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchases made from ILBEATS, except where Shopify separately provides a service directly to the customer.
