Which tool should I choose?

Use pet grooming tools on your pet only as directed. Choose furniture and clothing tools for suitable fabrics. Our selection guide explains the differences.

Can I use a furniture tool on my pet?

No. Upholstery brushes, pickup mitts and adhesive rollers are for surfaces, not for brushing an animal. Check each product's intended use.

Will laundry filters work in any washer?

No. The floating mesh filter in our range is for compatible deep-water top-load washers. It is not for front-loading machines, low-water cycles or tumble dryers. It catches some loose lint in the water; it does not guarantee removal of hair embedded in clothing.

Where do you ship?

We currently serve the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations. See our shipping policy for processing, transit estimates and exclusions.

Can I return an item?

Our return request window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our refund policy. Contact support@ilbeats.com for authorization before sending anything back.

What if a color is sold out?

A sold-out variant cannot be ordered. Choose another available option or check back later. We do not accept backorders for unavailable variants.
